Our client bill of rights policy clearly defines what every client deserves when working with a professional digital agency or development partner. This document describes the standards, commitments and promises you receive while working with Right Web Solution on websites, web applications, mobile apps, e-commerce stores and other digital projects.

Why We Created This Client Bill of Rights
Over the last decade, hundreds of businesses have faced poor experiences while working with unreliable developers or agencies. From hidden charges, fake promises, zero technical guidance and poor communication—to disappearing vendors after final payments—many clients never receive the solutions they were promised. It creates distrust and fear around investing in new digital projects.
To solve this permanently, we established the client bill of rights so clients always know:
- what they are entitled to,
- what we are responsible for,
- how the project will be delivered,
- what ownership and support includes,
- and what protections you receive.
This document sets the professional standard for fairness, transparency and reliability in digital project delivery, including website development.

1. Your Right to Transparent and Ethical Communication
You have the right to receive transparent communication throughout your digital project journey. Transparency is an essential part of our client bill of rights because communication problems are one of the biggest sources of client dissatisfaction in the industry. Our team always keeps you informed about:
- status updates,
- milestones,
- pending tasks,
- technical constraints,
- and timeline changes.
We avoid vague promises and keep a written record of important decisions, clarifications and approvals.
2. Your Right to Honest Technical Guidance
Our responsibility is to recommend the best technical solution—not the most profitable option. Under the client bill of rights, you will never be forced into unnecessary complexity.
We will never recommend:
- technology that is not suitable for your business,
- expensive hosting when basic hosting is enough,
- paid plugins when free solutions work,
- custom coding where a standard CMS or platform is better.
We explain trade-offs clearly so you can make informed decisions for your website, app or system.
3. Your Right to Ownership & Access of All Digital Assets
Ownership is your most important right under the client bill of rights. You will always be the legal owner of:
- domain name and DNS
- hosting accounts linked to your project
- website or application files and source code
- databases and admin access
- payment gateways connected to your project
- email, SMS and communication integrations configured for your business
- social accounts or APIs connected as part of the solution
All core assets belong to you, not to the developer or agency.
If we use shared hosting or shared cloud services, we provide FTP or equivalent access where possible. You will never be locked out or dependent on us for basic ownership or access.
4. Your Right to Clear and Fair Pricing
We do not offer unrealistic discounts, fake urgency pricing or surprise invoices. Our client bill of rights guarantees:
- clear pricing before development,
- no hidden charges,
- no forced upselling for critical features,
- clear payment terms and milestones,
- proper invoicing with applicable taxes.
We will never trap you into additional charges by deliberately keeping essential features outside the written scope.
5. Your Right to Transparent Requirements and Scope Documentation
Scope is where most disputes happen in digital projects. Under the client bill of rights, we guarantee:
- documented requirements in writing,
- scope approval before development,
- features described properly before coding starts,
- changes and additional requests handled in writing.
This protects both sides and reduces misunderstandings later in the project.
6. Your Right to Project Timeline and Delivery Plan
Every client receives a project plan with delivery milestones. We explain every step with clarity. You always know:
- what is delivered first,
- when you will receive a preview or staging link,
- how testing and feedback cycles work,
- when deployment or go-live happens.
If delays occur due to genuine reasons, we communicate them proactively instead of going silent.
7. Your Right to a Single Point of Contact
Communication is handled only through a SPOC—not multiple developers. Many clients have suffered because developers are unavailable, change frequently or give conflicting answers. Under this client bill of rights, you deal with one responsible SPOC who understands your project end to end.
Single Point of Contact ensures clarity and responsibility throughout your digital project.</caption]8. Your Right to Data Privacy and Confidentiality
Your business data, customer data and project details are private. We never share your data with any third party or use it without permission. Confidentiality is a fundamental part of the client bill of rights.
If needed, we can sign NDAs or legal privacy agreements to protect your confidential information, especially when dealing with sensitive industries or integrations.
9. Your Right to Test and Review Before Approval
Before handover or launch, you have the right to fully test your digital project. You can check:
- forms, flows and payment journeys,
- design and responsiveness,
- dashboard and backend access,
- performance on different devices,
- content accuracy and basic SEO elements.
We guide you through preview, testing and feedback so that approvals are based on clear understanding, not assumptions.
10. Your Right to Secure Deployment and Best Practices
Under the client bill of rights, your deployment is always aligned with sensible security and reliability practices:
- SSL enabled for websites and portals,
- HTTPS enforced where applicable,
- proper hosting configuration,
- firewall or spam protection where supported by hosting,
- no default or weak admin passwords.
We also explain any critical security responsibilities that remain on the client side, such as sharing admin access carefully or renewing licences on time.
11. Your Right to Warranty and Post-Launch Support
Our post-launch support and warranty is explained in detail under the Project Support & Communication SLA. Warranty ensures that delivered work is free from bugs and scope conflicts at the time of delivery.
You have a clearly defined review window and then a warranty period during which genuine defects related to agreed scope are addressed without additional development charges.
12. Your Right to Quality and Industry Best Practices
We follow modern development standards across all digital projects:
- clean, maintainable code and professional CMS setup,
- mobile-first and user-friendly UI/UX,
- optimized images, caching and basic performance tuning,
- basic on-page SEO hygiene where applicable,
- reasonable security considerations and configuration.
This ensures long-term reliability, scalability and future growth potential for your website, app or portal.
13. Your Right to Clear Change Request Rules
If you require new features or modifications beyond the approved scope, every change request is estimated separately with clear pricing and timelines. This prevents confusion, misuse and disputes.
You always know what is part of your current agreement and what is considered new work under the client bill of rights.
14. Your Right to a Fair Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in proven cases where the agency fails to deliver written scope, despite reasonable opportunities and cooperation. We do not allow refunds based on personal preference change, revised business strategy or for completed work that is technically aligned with the agreed requirements.
15. Your Right to Professional and Respectful Conduct
We treat every client with respect, professionalism and honesty. We expect the same in return. The client bill of rights protects both sides equally and ensures a healthy, long-term relationship rather than one-sided expectations.
What This Policy Does Not Cover
This client bill of rights is a standards and protection document, not a replacement for detailed contracts or project agreements. It does not cover:
- requests outside the agreed scope or contract,
- business strategy changes after delivery,
- marketing or branding work unrelated to the digital project,
- third-party hosting failures or outages,
- third-party plugin, SaaS or API issues outside our control.
In such cases, we provide guidance and estimates but cannot take full responsibility for external systems.
