Will my domain be in my name?

Yes. We register domains with you as the legal registrant/admin, share registrar login, and verify that renewal emails are set to your address.

Do I get the full source code?

Yes. You receive a Git export, a .zip archive of the final codebase, and deployment/configuration notes at launch.

Who is responsible for images and content rights?

We generally use copyright-free/royalty-free assets with appropriate licenses. If you provide images or content, you are solely responsible for rights, accuracy, and permissions.

What if some services run on shared accounts?

If services are provisioned under a shared Right Web Solution account (e.g., shared hosting or bulk messaging platforms), we provide FTP and other available access details for your project. Shared accounts remain owned/administered by Right Web Solution. We can migrate eligible services to your own accounts on request (standard setup/migration fees apply).

What You Own

Domain: Registered in your legal name with you as Registrant/Admin. Registrar login is shared with you and renewal notices are set to your email(optional).
Source Code: Final codebase (.zip), build scripts, and configuration instructions for deployment for frontend.
CMS & Admin: Super-admin access is created for you; roles and permissions are configured for your team as needed.
Design & Content: Final design exports, component guide, copy, and images. We generally use
copyright-free/royalty-free assets with appropriate licenses. If you (the client) provide images or content, you are solely responsible for rights, accuracy, and permissions.
Accounts: Hosting, analytics, tag manager, and email/SMS/WhatsApp integrations are created with
your email and billing wherever feasible. If any services are provisioned under a shared Right Web Solution account (e.g., shared hosting or bulk messaging platforms), we will provide FTP credentials and other available access details for your project. Such shared accounts remain owned and administered by Right Web Solution.

Notes on Shared Services

When a shared Right Web Solution account is used for speed or cost-efficiency, we still ensure your project-level access (FTP and other available credentials). On request, we can migrate eligible services to your own accounts at any time, with standard setup/migration fees. Our goal is to keep you in control while maintaining security and efficiency.

Domain, DNS & SSL Process

Domain is booked in your legal name; registrar login shared.
DNS records documented (A/CNAME/MX/TXT) and stored in your project handover pack.
SSL is issued and auto-renew configured (where supported).
Post-launch, renewal reminders and contact emails are verified on your side.

Licensing & Third-Party Tools

Any paid themes, plugins, fonts, or libraries are disclosed in the estimate and final invoice with license ownership
assigned to you (or billed to your own accounts). For shared accounts or pooled licenses, we will state limitations and
options to migrate to your dedicated license whenever you prefer.

Change of Provider

If you ever move to another vendor or in-house team, we provide the final repository export and access checklist again upon request.
